Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Browsers are more than welcome to visit during the opening hours, however, we would recommend that if you wish to discuss your project with one of our designers then give us a call on 01202 740630 to make an appointment so that we can ensure that you have one of our team available to talk to.
How long does a kitchen installation take?
This is dependent on a number of factors. If we are conducting the rip out and organising the rest of the trades, we could be looking at a 4 week schedule from start to finish (depending on the size of the kitchen).
If we are doing a dry-fit only (where the units and worktops are fitted by us but you have other teams undertaking the rest of the work) then the kitchen installation would usually be anything from 4 to 10 work days and if you select a stone, Dekton or Corian worktop from our selection then they would template towards the end of our installation and usually install the worktop one week later.
Do you have sales?
Instead of offering sales, we always provide our clients with our best price. We feel that in doing so it shows our clients that we operate with integrity and honesty.
Do you work on new build properties?
We have many years' experience of working on new builds; whether it be one-off projects for the homeowner or multiple plots with a developer or builder. We are well versed in working hand-in-hand with other tradesmen so the installation goes as smoothly as possible.
Do you offer supply only?
As we have a team of skilled and experienced kitchen installers we prefer to carry out the installation ourselves, as this helps us guarantee that the quality of the installation meets the expectations of our clients.
Can I buy just the appliances from Kitchen Elegance?
If you have a kitchen that we previously supplied then we are more than happy to discuss updating your appliances.
I have employed an interior designer, do you work with them?
We have worked with a number of interior designers over the years and are always happy to work alongside them to produce the dream kitchen for the client.
Where can I see your products?
We take great pride in the quality of the products that we sell and have a number of items that you can see across our Ashley Cross based showroom, where we have 11 kitchens on display showcasing the range of styles and budgets that we can suit.
